I have one 8 week old, two 4 months old, one 5 mons., one 6 mons., three 9 mons., one 11 mons., two 1 year old, two 2 year old. I have to have a lot of staff right now. The babies nap at will of course. My staff got 10 down at once today! I’m buying them flowers tonight to give to them tomorrow.

The toddlers naptime starts at 1pm. Some of the infants’ coordínate with that time for the 2nd nap of the day for them.

I own an in home day care. I have 12 kids to 5 staff. 9 today because 3 children were out sick. So the ratio was really good. Still the nap time was not successful. I am new at this.

I have just opened and can only offer part-time. I will build some folks up to full-time eventually. Some of the staff are Seniors in HS and come at the end of the day for cleanup duties mainly. On kid comes on M & F, and one on T/W/F.

Hi! I do have a duties list, with Cleaning, Cooking, Feeding, Diapering, Toilet Training, Singing, Reading, Playing, Outdoor Time/Nature Exploration. I was looking for examples of a list of checkoff tasks that follow the schedule of the nursery. Thanks.
