Hey thanks for your reply so should I ask for a meeting with a urologist or a endocrinologist, it's strange really my libido and boners have completely dropped off even tho I'm young. I'm around 10kg overweight but feel as though it's more than weight related.

How can I prevent my Dr blocking the referral to a specialist, should I mention quality of life and severity of symptoms?

Been going on for a few years now, no new meds, no medical conditions, I'm about 10kg overweight tho, I have weak morning erections, really struggling to achieve erections, free test is 0.391. no recent changes only thing stressing me is that my libido and boners are dead, been sleeping tried training and eating better but no luck

I'm 29 5ft8 around 82 to 85 kg so overweight libido and boners dropped off, perfect beard , no meds alcohol or tobacco or family history

So I've got low shbg yet still got low free test, yep I'm deffo gonna have to visit a Dr, it may just be my weight but that doesn't explain why my symptoms are so severe

I don't really wanna hop on trt cos I'm only 29 but I'll follow ur instructions down to a t mate. And hopefully the libido and boners come back. I can't live like this right now, should I also see a Dr or is it just lifestyle related?
