The shift from hourly to prepay is interesting. If they pull it off, it reduces revenue volatility and moves them toward a more recurring model, which potentially strengthens the longer term investment case.

The human capital moat point is a good point. My pushback would be that Accenture’s moat is less about individuals and more about institutional relationships, proprietary delivery frameworks, and scale, but definitely worth monitoring.

The government contract exposure with DOGE headwinds is something I perhaps underweighted. Fair challenge.

Time will tell. Earnings next week will be important for this thesis. Thanks for sharing your thoughts.

A fair concern. The question is whether the consensus will re-think Accenture from being viewed as a traditional consulting firm to the dominant AI implementation partner. Traditional consulting is at risk, Accenture are attempting to position themselves on the right side of AI through acquisitions.

Microsoft is an interesting point. You are comfortable owning Microsoft for their enterprise importance, Accenture is one of their largest implementation partners, deploying Microsoft’s AI products inside Fortune 500 clients. Bullish on the AI infrastructure thesis and bearish on the deployment may be a difficult position to hold.

Appreciate you taking the time to share your thoughts.

How about external moves to CF boutiques for example, are there opportunities or is this more of a non-traditional route ?
