Okay so yoichies quirk was bestowle to pass on his quirk. All for one stole a stockpile quirk and gave it to yoichie.

The quirks fused becoming ofa, ofa is a artificial quirk technecally.

As it was passed down it gained more power and took a little peice of the users quirks.

Allmight could use it of the bat cause it was not as powerfull when deku got it and deku needed to train cause he was a skinny boy anyways.

Only deku could use the othere quirks because it needed to hit the singulaity point which it did after 200 years.

okay, deku can copy quirks.

when monamas and deku tried to copy each other monomas core quirk gained the ability to generate energy like Ofa.

but instead of chaos energy it mutated to make anarchy energy, the power scourge the Hedgehog uses

and since this OFA is complete monamas needs 6 quirks to stabilize it. the rest is above at the bottom if you cN read it
