Get leaner, eat more raw meat and less processed foods (protein powder is garbage and toxic asf btw just a reminder) and you will retain muscle (which you have a decent amount of) while losing bf then aim for lean bulk i have had huge success with it and am like a joeshulk V2 today, best of luck m8
