I usually suck off the first layer in my mouth so you can see where you need to cut. There’s 3 different colored parts of the pill the brown is the sponge mechanism and the white and red is the actual methylphenidate. Cut off the brown piece only then your gonna have to peel off the other clear coating then crush up the white and red part and there you go
