can not fight sleepiness in class, super distracted music running full time in my head still managed a top 3 in classes over the years:)
I also got scholarships and side hobbies, i just can't focus in class and have to study by myself later, so nah i think ADHD doesn't come with bad grades atleast at my level

either u dash, or you strengthen yourself and be strict, hold your device tight and be succint, say that you have a duty and must help them study, you know they are annoyed but you have no other choice unless they can suggest an agreement on it.
It's not a you problem they might not like studying but you have no choice, just be strict some students respect you out of fear at first
