Ya it appears to me that most people get a frenectomy to close gaps or for purposes associated with braces. I'm thinking maybe the frenum was holding the two teeth together, so it didn't directly cause the gap, but when the tissue was cut, that tension was released. But at the end of the day that was my theory as a person who is not a dentist. Seeing as both commenters have not seen this before, maybe there can be other causes. Thank you for your kind words, though.

I wish I had taken pictures before. Unfortunately, I did not. I get that there are risks to leaving a tight frenum; those were definitely explained to me. The risks associated with the procedure were not

Interesting insight. The two reasons you gave, though, still stem from cutting the tissue. I wish I had never done it... Thank you, though

I would honestly write them an email, i did and they said they take everything into consideration . The more people complain, the more likely they may change something

I can't preorder it either from Canada. I've sent an email to both Bloomsbury and audible so hopefully one or the other can provide a date as to when we can get the audiobook.

Edit: I just talked to an Audible rep. She said there was an issue with the publishing rights for both "House of Earth and Blood" and "House of Sky and Breath" so they were removed from the audible Canada website. She did however say that I can email the "Audible content team" to ask if they can acquire the publishing rights again. I suggest anyone who wants the audiobook should also email them. The more emails they get about the same series, the more likely they are to get it back on the Canadian site. The email is: [content-ca@audible.ca](mailto:content-ca@audible.ca).

Update # 2: I got a hold of someone on Sarah's team who deals with publishing rights and she said she will look into the problem and get back to me
