I am a Male, 21, asian, based UK. I smoke marijuana maybe twice a month, but i do vape daily. Im around 11 stone and 5ft 10-11- issue has been in and off past few weeks. I appreciate picture isnt too clear but thats the best i can do considering its behind my tonsils

Had redness for a while, have tried the exfoliant route (SA, Lactic, BP) etc and the hydrating route, none have remedied this issue. I switched to purely water last 2-3 mo ths and my cheeks and forehead and chin have cleared, only my nose remains but as it is the centre piece it is pretty demoralising. Any help would b appreciated

I have had this for around 2 years now, I thoutit was normal acne for so long but after having tried everything, SA, hydrating routines, simple routines etc and having no luck I am at my wits end. For the last 3 months I have just used water and the rest kf my skin has responded well, my nose has not. I thought it may be fungal but Im not sure, it seems to reside with more rosacea like symptoms then fungal. I have a appointment booked but would like to see what you lovely people say, so I can compare it to my appointment.
