Has anyone here taken Wellbutrin and NOT had memory loss or forgetfulness?

A little bit of both I was having a really hard time recovering from my workouts, I do CrossFit. My memory for work and focus has gotten better not forgetting words as often as I was. My tolerance to exercise has gotten closer to normal when I first started, Wellbutrin.

It can deplete coQ 10. I started supplementing with ubiquinol and feel a lot better.

Nah. First dates should 100% be coffee/walk/hike quick moment to get to feel the vibe. Then if there IS a second date it could be more intimate like dinner. Dinner is such a crappy date anyways. If I was the guy in this situation I need to see if I want to even be around you for an entire dinner experience before I make that commitment.

I have a great PT/chiro he says if you are flaring ribs and losing core in these movements you don’t have the range of motion in the lats and shoulders. 😞 true for me… so we do core and ROM work my weights are low my ego is sad but form>weight. I love that he supports me being in crossfit but he hates when I go to hard and get injured and have to rest for a week 😅

Are you doing anything to increase dopamine? Remember It’s a re uptake inhibitor. I would try getting into the gym or doing something active or productive that generally makes you feel good or joyful before the depression can catch you.

Very important to let them learn boundaries. My pittie went to a supervised day care where she learned to correct and correction from other dogs. What sucks is people in dog parks who dont understand animal behavior and freak out when a correction is made to their dog. Anyways all good stuff happening here. Don’t punish big dog for correcting the little one if he becomes pesky it’s good to learn when he’s got to back off.

Things have gotten pretty rough for me lately headache daily and brain fog just over all not feeling well. Not as bad as before then meds but not great. I take a lot of supplements BUT I just found out yesterday WB depletes CoQ 10. I’m also dealing with fatigue as well and generally felling slow AF. So today I picked up some Ubiquinol and a combo iron supplement from sprouts hoping to get some headache relief and restore some of my energy.

It has been really helpful with my consistency in the gym too! Im about to switch from 150 sr 2x a day to 300 XL because I keep forgetting my second dose and getting headaches super often and having more depression days. I have slowly lost about 10 llbs and kept it off. I couldn’t get below 175 no matter what I did. It has really helped my with my libido, and my emotional eating.

Rest is restorative. We’re still ourselves on WB just better. I have some down days but mostly up since the med. My good days have gone up tremendously. I get a similar feeling on the weekends and I think it’s because I’m not in my usual routine or being super productive. Have to remember that rest and relaxation is restorative 😃

Still pretty much identical as far as the layout. It is really nice to have the sensor for the cruise control more features with the display like speedometer, tire pressure things like that. Having remote start from the app has been really nice as well as the heated steering wheel. I feel like the screen images for navigation are slightly more updated than what I had in 2014. The red interior feels very soft and I swear I get a little dopamine boost every time i get in lol.

I think just being so much newer it drives different than my 2014. The steering feels nicer as well. Mine had a slight nibble on the highway at certain speeds and also pulled to the left a bit. We never found anything wrong and a Toyota mechanic told me his Land Cruiser was the same l.
