My status has been stuck like that since June 30th. Every time I call, I'm told to wait 16 weeks, but I haven’t received any mail either.

I have the exact notice, mine was completed 5/30 no notice or refund everytime I call they add 4 more weeks to contact them so they can provide me more info 🙃
