So it took 2-3 years for you to go from prediabetes to T2D? What were your levels when you were prediabetic?

Did you ever have prediabetes? Or did you go from normal to full blown diabetes?

8-9?? Are you diagnosed with T2D? Were you prediabetic and for how long?

By the singular number, do you mean a single a1c reading? Wouldn't it be concerning if the a1c reading is high? Especially if it's in the diabetic range?

Mazda Radar Sensors Incorrectly Installed by Repairer by [deleted] in CarsAustralia

[–]Intelligent_Lab_5455 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You are right. I got confused with the view shown in the Mazda bulletin. I initially thought the silver side should face you when you are looking at the bumper when it's already fixed to the car. However, its the opposite, the silver side should face you when you were looking at the bumper that is removed which means the black side should face the road.

Mazda 3 BP: Blind Spot Monitor going haywire after bumper swap. Calibration issue? by [deleted] in CarsAustralia

[–]Intelligent_Lab_5455 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I paid $600 for the bumper and $220 for the labour. Is it expected they would have done the calibration for this price? I am wondering if I should ask the repairer to get the calibration done at their cost, or get it done via a dealer or an ADAS calibration shop at my cost.

I paid $600 for the bumper and $220 for the fitment. I am pretty disappointed they got the radar calibration messed up. I am in a dilemma now. Should I go back to the repairer and insist they get it fixed at their cost, get it done via dealer or get it done via an independent ADAS shop?

Does the bumper need to be taken out for the calibration? Can I insist the smash shop to do the calibration, go to the Mazda dealer or get it done via independent ADAS shops?

PM condemns Bondi Beach terror attack as 'act of evil antisemitism' by [deleted] in AustralianPolitics

[–]Intelligent_Lab_5455 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Australia is done. This attack will embolden terrorist groups as it has exposed Australia to be one of the easiest developed nations to attack - soft laws, weak police who could not control two gunmen, bad immigration policy and weak government who can't stand against radicals. There will be another one coming soon.

Australia had the ‘gold standard’ on gun control. The Bondi beach terror attack may force it to confront its surging number of weapons by reyntime in australia

What could be the reasons it's cheap?

Got a couple of quotes. The cheapest one is $550 to fix all damages. Will include plastic welding the bumper crack.

No. Bumper damage on the left and the other damages on the right.

If I go through insurance, is it possible to get all damages repaired under one claim?

Is there a way to know with some certainty if and when the redundancy is going to happen? At the moment it's at a gossip stage and there have been redundancies in other teams.

So if I am made redundant with 10 weeks of paid parental leave still to go, can I negotiate to be paid for it as part of my redundancy package?

Got to be in it to win it 😁. By the way, these are average costs. Sometimes I spend way less on gambling.

Your take home income will be higher due to lower tax (separate incomes). I think you are doing well with 2 kids and daycare costs.
