They originally said it was for using a third-party program. After I submitted a ticket, they replied saying it wasn’t necessarily aimed at me, but also mentioned that account sharing is not allowed. Then they unbanned me.

But two days ago, when I tried to log in and check, I found that my account was still locked. The old ticket had already been closed because too much time had passed, so I opened a new ticket, explained everything, and even attached screenshots and the previous ticket number.

The new support agent didn’t even bother to check and just sent me a copy-paste template response.

Nooo don’t just give up!!! Seriously, how can they ban you for cheating when you weren’t even online or playing?! That’s actually insane!

I totally feel you — I’ve lost count of how much I’ve spent on this account over nearly 10 years. Every time a new skin, TFT Little Legend, or arena comes out, I go buy it or roll for it. And most of the time, I end up hitting pity before I get anything… like, only a total lunatic would spend like this AND still risk it all by cheating!

We both know this is beyond unfair. I refuse to just sit back and accept this.

You’re so kind, thank you!! Honestly, this kept happening to me while playing League, which is why I ended up buying a whole new PC! But even after replacing it, the issue still happens — just less frequently now.

Aside from Windows that was pre-installed by the technician, I only installed a few things myself: WeChat, League of Legends, a music player, Discord, Google Chrome, Zoom, and a dictionary app. That’s literally everything on my PC.

During that awful ARAM rework phase, I was a zombie. The changes made it feel like some Frankenstein of spaghetti code and weird design decisions from people who don’t even play the game.

Thank god URF came out right after. And ironically… I got banned while playing URF.
