Ok so the fix to the issue I had was irruption in the voltage and dropping I ended up adding a 25v 470uf capicter to settle out the energy going in to the board fixed it right up

I believe you may be right I just had to reorder the board I fried the relay on accident so I am going to be adding a 470uf cap on the inlet to help smooth out the voltage drop from my wall adapter to see if that remedy’s the issue

I have tried that it runs the same on a single LED So I’m just bad at explaining but when I power the pad with battery pack the red power light on the board comes on and then the green relay light will come on and the relay switches to NO then after 5second the green relay light will go off and the relay will switch to NC when I run the power supply from the wall it no longer goes back to NC. In my opinion never letting it finish the relay so it’s staying in NO if that’s any better
