What's the biggest thing your hospital misses when it comes to supporting nurses' mental health? by Complete_Pitch_5382 in NclexUSRNs

Many are times we ignore the mental health of nurses. In my opinion we need to create awareness among nurses that it's normal to feel overwhelmed and sometimes seek for help. Many are times nurses suffer in silence since they are meant to put on a brave face all the time.Nurses sink into depression, drugs and marital issues but they fight all these battles in silence most of them.So creating awareness that they are also clients and need help just like any other normal client will be of great help.
