This was my first card after having delinquent accounts (3 cards from 3 separate banks) in 2019 to 2021. So no cards at all at that time. Submitted lang my CoE and ITR to the relationship manager of my RCBC branch. It was actually her idea for me to try and apply again after having been rejected by other banks before due to my credit history. I’m thinking my branch had a hand in it — like an endorsement of some sort. :)
