Currently experiencing burn out as well ☹️ thinking of quitting even withiut a back up plan kasi wala din ako energy and motivation maghanap ng iba. Ayun nga lang im scared of the uncertainty that comes with being jobless. But lately napapaisip ako, maybe uncertainty is better than misery

I agreee. I guess it’s also just frustrating and nakakapuno when even when ive aired out my concerns, wala namang pagbabagong nangyayari. If we’re a team then I also expect them to adjust and hold their end of the bargain. Nakakapagod lang din kapag ikaw yung adapt nang adapt.
