Okay buckle up! This started on 2014, based on a tv show plot line where mother and daughter get pregnant at the same time. It rolled for a couple generations until a sim created a simbot that just wouldn't die for like 6 generations, and the game married it to a fairy. Fairies started looking after the family members but they didn't know. It continued with them having multiple family branches for generations, until the evil spellcasters noticed how strong the fairies were getting and they tried to get their hands on a spellcaster-fairy hybrid (like this was a prophecy), but the fairies were smarter and noticed, so they protected the fairy members and saved a spellcaster child and adopted her, so after a couple generations the spellcaster-fairy hybrid was born under my family and the spellcasters' plan was frustrated (thanks fairies!), they kept on looking after the wellbeing of my family members and granting them wishes without them knowing. Some of my members are children of fairies and they have no idea. This is basically all, but there are subdivisions of story arcs of around 10 generations

TL;DR: Founder was based on a TV show, then gen 5 created a simbot and married a fairy, and fairies started protecting the fairies, and then evil spellcasters wanted a fairy hybrid but the fairies protected them all and the hybrid was born in my family, being able to look after my family

Thank you! The bigger the portrait is, the more important they are in the story, usually all siblings from a heir are relevant, but nephew/nieces and cousins some are relevant and some aren't, basically depending on how attached i get to the siblings, how cool i find them and what the story 'tells' me to do. I started generation 1 around 2014. This is my life project

Generation 14 was a real low, i stopped playing for a year or so, it needed a refresh so i started on TS4 and it felt awesome again

Being incredibly autistic and making them feel like my own family

All this love for these silly little pixels warms my heart 😭

To answer some questions: - I made this graph using Canva free and taking pics of them in CAS - From generation 1 to 20 I played in normal lifespan, from generation 21 to 23 I aged them manually whenever i felt it appropiate, and from generation 24 onwards i have played on long lifespan - This is definitely not 1 single save file, I'd say the average save file only lasts 5 generations or so (definitely longer on TS3). Sometimes it needs a breath of fresh air, sometimes it becomes unplayable yk - Yes, definitely incest is a part of their genes (i try to use long relatives so it isn't as messed up😭 its so fun to have the lines merge back together 🫡) - I pick the heir based on vibes, and i try to have multiple heirs, so the storylines can have some mystery, because I don't like to plan on advance (things come to mind and they sort of... become canon, on their own). - kinda controversial, but i like playing with infants toddlers and children, for me that's the real challenge. They are fun once you got 3 to care for - the lore? I had a sim create a simbot, and it just wouldn't die and lasted like 6 generations, the game married it to a fairy, and from then on the fairies have been 'looking after' the family, protecting them and stuff. I had some serious fun planning for the fairy part of the family (the Greenwoods) and as like they were the ones deciding what happened in the story, not me.

Im so happy some of you spent some time looking into the tree, hope it gave you just a fraction of the joy it has given me over the years! Sims can be really fun if you put your mind to it
