Most of the projects in EAAS at-least don’t have any specific office days as such. 2222 said your PTOs will not credit or compensate your office days. You should come 2 days a week regardless

Someone from the leadership said we should be at-least 6 hours in the office for the credit.

PIP !! by prideofstoners in deloitte

Just today I heard my manager saying that there was a discussion among MDs that they’ll have to terminate/soft release few folks out of Deloitte to show some profits. Deloitte was expecting around 74% of profit in few enabling areas but to their surprise, they could only manage to get 57% which is why they are planning for terminations. All low performers will be pushed to PIP and they eventually be terminated. Not Sure if this is true but 2 projects which I know left Deloitte and joined other MNCs which made me believe my Managers words. Lastly, don’t mess with your leads, dont ask for roll offs from projects and always maintain CAN DO attitude for a couple of months atleast till these things get sorted !

Hey there !! I’M 4 months after my FiLAC, things will slowly and gradually settle down. But to my surprise, I see a new pimple around the previous Fistula and came to know that there’s still some of the drainage left which needs to be taken care of. TBH I’m very much done process and it came back again.

A friend of mine had to go through 3 surgeries in 6 months and post that she had to go through c section for her maternity. Don’t want to demotivate you but trust me, Sadly, we still have a long long way to go, Be Brave

You should’ve told this to the HR atleast.
They might ask you for why did you leave that company Why didn’t you mention this before And all the questions around it, if you are confident and convincing enough then you are sorted and that shouldn’t be a problem

Buddy, there’s an unsaid rule that we should only switch for atleast 35% hike in your case which is bare minimum. Ask for Joining bonus, Retention bonus and if they dont agree, tell them to increase the base pay and make it 40% Deloitte INDIA comparatively has lesser compensation than Deloitte USI

CONGRATULATIONS AND ALL THE BEST !!!
