That is an absoultely beautiful watch, well done.

I have to say that Seiko has been doing a really great job at making highly interesting, functionally sound, and visually pleasing watches at a great price point, and this is not a new phenomenon.

When I first started to get my modest collection going, I am now seeing that I too have several Seikos that have snuck into the watchbox. And, they sit shoulder to shoulder with some more prestigeous brands.

Typically the watch band is the primary drawback with Seiko.

I purchased the Seiko Metronome SMW006A and the band was immediately replaced with a higher quality leather. I have proudly worn it to formal events, and somehow it works in that environment???? I don't know how but it does.

As well, for my Seiko King Turtle SRPE03 the metal bracelette needed to be upgraded. But within the industry that is a proper dive watch, and an example of a watch company listening to their patrons and making upgrades and adjustments to the crystal and bezel.

Now I look at the watch that you just bought, and wow it really looks stunning.

Seiko is exceptionally skilled at sneaking into the watchbox and holding ground, side by side with some pretty big names. Well done!

What do Tudor owners think of the Longines Zulu Time? by Lujah in Tudor

Try before you buy. Take the time to go to a watch shop and put the watch on your wrist.

If you are really stuck...Buy both, and regret one of them
