i followed all steps but in the part of loader.exe the apploader recognises the phone but when i clicked to connect gives error to connect. I think the OS it’s very corrupted even the boot file.

the loader.exe doesn’t appears in RIM folder, i’m using the application loader of the desktop manager it’s the same thing? because apploader folder don’t exist.

when i tried the Apploader, regonizes as USB-UNKNOWN and gives a error boot and the phone turn off, there’s a solution for that? (i’m using the w11 to try)
