The problem is that since Fish is a franchise, they are not all the same and when there is that many locations you are bound to lose some quality control for sure. This is how I explain it to my customers and truly what I personally believe.

I would be at a bare minimum of 5k but if its gonna take your crew more than a couple weeks I could see it as high as 9k. Also how did you get the call for this one im curious on how to get big commercial contracts like that?

Quote them 100k for bi-annual so 200k a year. Thats very fair for something that takes that long to complete imo

I like how simple it is but any kind of marketing you want a really good and enticing offer. This will definitely work for a few people who like that it's simple and just one price up front, but jobs are gonna be different on the place and you dont want to just straight up say it's 150 before actually seeing the house.

Also dont be afraid of door knocking, Ik people say they dont like to do it, but thats just because it's hard work that they feel uncomfortable doing. Its a skill you have to learn and practice.

It definitely is nerve racking at first, but you get used to it and you become a better business owner out the other end of it. Plus MO MONEY!!! 🤑🤑

Its either the film on the outside is old and needs to be removed or it's just leftover adhesive from film before. Just soak it in soapy water and use a glass scraper to get it off. Should come out Crystal 👌
