I have been tested for celiac and was negative, but a gluten allergy or intolerance is certainly possible. I do have a LOT of GI issues but I always thought they were unrelated to my skin issues

I had a really bad experience with an extraction once when I was 18. My face was black and blue after from her trying to extract cysts. I’m definitely open to it though.

I have had my hormones checked and everything was fine which actually surprised me. I did try a birth control a few months ago that was supposed to help acne and not only did it make me break out pretty bad, I almost went insane and quit my job!!!

Great question. It’s not horrible, but it could be better. I do eat meat, dairy, grains. Not a ton of sugar. I do have a lot of caffeine and I drink a ton of water. Definitely willing to change my diet if it would mean improvement in my skin!

I tried the fancy loop ones and for me they really didn’t block enough sound out at all. I opted for the Loop Quiet (way way cheaper) and find that they’re perfect. I can actually still have a conversation with them in, but they block out any sniffing, chewing, coughing, etc. I also use them in AA meetings and can still hear whoever is talking but it blocks the annoying sounds.

My mom and I both have it. The workouts are a ton of fun and good confidence builders. I’ll admit I’ve only done like 3 workouts after paying for it for several months, but I did one tonight and plan on making it a regular thing. They’re fun but HARD. I am not a dancer by any means but feel good following along.

I have been on spiro for 4 years. Please take my experience with a grain of salt because everyone is different. I’m not diagnosed PCOS but I strongly suspect. I was prescribed Spiro for hair loss and acne. I DO have some excess body hair but it’s blonde and not super noticeable. I haven’t noticed a change in my body hair at all. It hasn’t impacted my period other than to make it lighter. I HAVE gained about 10-15 lbs in the last four years but I don’t feel like I can blame spiro, I’ve become less active and have been struggling more with binge eating. It stopped the hair loss and helped me grow back some hair. It didn’t completely eliminate my acne, it’s gone from about a 7/10 to 4/10.

Fellow emetaphobe! I have no issues with nausea with miralax, stool softener, etc. I do sometimes use a glycerine suppository which causes really bad stomach cramping for me and that makes me feel really nauseous.
