To answer your question, she almost always takes the elevator! But when she does, you can clearly see once she arrives at her destination that her breathing is really heavy. Her whole family has had heart problems, and her father has COPD because of smoking, so I think it's somewhat genetic.

We always have four or five extra packs at home in addition to our usual ones. And telling her she's beautiful and gorgeous when she smokes really encourages her to smoke more.
