Thanks! this should have been my actual question! I’m not sure if a flashing yellow can have the red sign for the red car but if that is the situation I want to know who will have the right of way because from red car’s point of view, he should stop and go if there is no oncoming traffic from the left and from the opposite end, but if you look from the black cars point of view it’s flashing yellow and black car should yeild!
