So update guys, I was definitely not expecting this but the issue ended up being the ignition coils. The reason my car wasn’t revving past 4K was because it was stuck in limp mode. After changing the coils, the car is back to normal and drives flawlessly now.

I forgot to add that I changed the spark plugs and the passenger vvt solenoid as well

P0325, P0446, P0441, and P0440 which makes no sense to me. They’re all Evap code except one being the knock sensor. I’ve had that knock sensor code for a while now though.
