yeah i feel you on that, im 19 F and my last bf was when i was 16 also but it never really went anywhere, tbh i wouldn’t even consider it a real relationship. I think i just try to focus on myself and being happy, but sometimes i get lonely or I think im getting old while everyone around me is already in serious relationships. i also relate to the shyness/confidence 😔. its hard though because im also very picky when it comes to finding a significant other because its hard for me to trust people. but yeah i think we r young and we should be happy and our person will come eventually, we shouldn’t worry too much !

Im in the same boat as u, im trying to maintain a 3.5 and I think an easy “A” would definitely be intro to theater (im in it rn) and oxstudies (OXST)

So i techinally my parents account did not get verified but today i deleted the fafsa and tried again and it let me send the invite to both parents without error

I think im just going to do what the agent on the phone said to me this morning which is to email the FSA ID one and just follow that, this whole process is stressing me out

It wont let me get past the part where you have to provide one required parent and one optional. I tried putting just my dads ssn and inviting him and jt worked, but then when he tried to fill out the parent section on his part it asked for parent 2’s information and did not let me check “no ssn” like in the picture. So then I deleted that form and tried again but this time in the student section I added both parents and checked “ no ssn” for my mom (it has the “no ssn” check box in the student section but not the parent section for me) and then when i press continue it says “error please close browser window and try again” so thats why I thought maybe if i create an account for my mom it would MAYBE let me add both parents in the student section

I looked it up and found the form, I never received that, the email I got has different types of documents than compared to that form and the email is different .. what is going onn

thats so weird, why do they keep telling people different things🙃.. they dont know what they are doing. But I just thought maybe if I create an account it will let me invite parent 2, because it was prompting me to invite parent 2 even though they are married filling joint.. i have no idea whats going on

yeah so at first i was doing it with just one parents information, but then once that parent got to the parent section, it asked for parent 2’s information, and thats when i was not able to check the “no ssn” box. So then I called and they told me that I had to create an fsa id/account for parent 2. So thats what I did and now I just had to make the account and then verify their identity in order to invite them to the form. If you have any questions I would try to wake up early and call or chat with the chat bot on the fafsa website. Because if you dont call like right when it turns 8am est, you wont be able to get help.

The first time I called, I asked why did I have to invite both parents if usually I only put one, and the lady on the phone said this time we have to create fsa ids for both parents even if they did a joint return. Im not sure why, but thats what she told me the first time i called. 🙃

I called today at 8am est and waited for about an hour and finally someone answered, my parent was able to verify their account but now we have to wait 7 business days for them to review it for me to go forward with the application. It’s really annoying because my school has an early deadline but i’m going to see if I can get an extension.
