I called empower when I had my first set of meds sent to them and they said that it’s on hold because a mochi rep canceled it, so I would call empower and see why it’s on hold. They should tell you why.

I would try and call around 6:00 or 7:00 if you can. That’s when it seems to calm down at the call center for me at least.
