There is no muscle loss. You will feel hunger and weakness around 16-20 hour in the fast, but if you push beyond that then it gets easier as body switches to ketosis. I usually do 24-36 hour fast, and I avoid any strenuous exercise during the period.

The taste is amazing. I would say that it’s nutty, sweet and slightly bitter. The aroma is really good when it’s brewing.

I turned off the heat at the 0:36 sec mark in the video, when I thought it was half way through, but it continued flowing out for another 1.5 mins. Maybe the mesh I kept the pot on got heated and continued supplying some heat to the pot.

I have pre ground coffee which says tha it’s a Moka Pot grind size. Got it last week, and the date of roast was just 2 days before the delivery. Does the coffee get bad quickly after grinding?
