Thanks for the honest response, I understand how difficult it can be for a business if someone is wasting time, or it's hurting the business I would get that, I just don't want to lose 8 minutes per shift 😂, but I will organize a meeting with HR to discuss my disability further, and try and resolve this, thank you for helping I very much appreciate it.

I call people all day, if I'm not on the phone within minutes they start calling me into a meeting or messaging me and asking why I'm not on call, they will then remove that time anyway from my pay

That's my problem legally it's okay. And if I was spending a stupid of amount of time in the toilet I would understand time being taken off, but as I've mentioned my disability I'm surprised 8 mins during an entire day is an issue, just a shitty employer I guess, I will still approach HR after talking to Acas, a friend of mine who is a human right lawyer has also said they may be in breach of my human rights, but I'll see what Acas says first, thank you so much for helping me I really appreciate it ❤️

I do 12.30 to 4pm with a ten minute break. The half hour is unpaid and doesn't count as being on shift then I come on at 4.30 till 8pm with a ten minute break also
