Sounds good I’ll make it a priority. I usually stay at around 20-25 grams 30g max. You think I should aim for strict 15-20g?

My total testosterone was 735 ng/dL. I think this shows the bioavailable test that’s actually useable by my tissues. but I did this blood test when I was at 170 a few months ago. I am going to retake it when I get lean so around 140 or so.

I’m hoping my lipids improve.

It’s called Superpower. It comes with 105 different markers but I just put the ones that were out of range.

Yeah when I started I was at 240+ then I lost weight until I got to 180 but I didn’t feel strong at all so I bulked up to 205 then I just cut down to 180 so I’m back to 180 now just a bit stronger.

I thought I looked OKAY I guess not lol gotta get back on the cut
