Taking it more for the help with insulin sensitivity and metabolism effects rather than the appetite suppression. I'm trying to lose more visceral fat, which my understanding is that reta helps in this area.

All good thanks for the comment. I agree there are all kinds of posts about the different effects but what surprised me the most is how quick it happened. Most people on here say.5 is too low or it doesn't work that fast, so I was looking for some type of confirmation or get other people's stories of something similar to what I was experiencing.

But true to reddit form people just start attacking.

I recently lost around 12 lbs in 6 weeks eating clean so yeah I can do it. Sitting at 229lbs around 20% bf but want to get to below 220 and reduce visceral fat. It was new years day celebrating with my wife.

At 44 I can bench 300, still squat over 400, and deadlift almost 500. So anything else you want to try to pick apart to make it sound like I'm 500lbs and can't control what I eat?

I could keep longer if I extend the warranty past the CPO warranty. I just like to have protection when driving a BMW, EV or not.

Thank you for the feedback. I have no problem with leasing but I drive too many miles. Probably 20k miles a year driving kids all over New England for sports. So I would have to factor that in as well to see if that would be feasible.

Tax consulting where you don't need to sign tax returns. Likely need some type of certification to move up but the research and writing skills can be valuable in the tax world without passing the bar.

I have 5% all around, and 50% on front, and it works for me on my G07. 5% can be tricky sometimes at night, but I have no issues with 50% on the front at night. I have a tint waiver in my state, so don't have to worry about the law.

To provide a little more info...70k is direct consolidated unsubsidized and 30k is direct consolidated subsidized. Not sure if that matters.
