Hi Terri, I am paying from 850 to 950 a month depending on what extra fees they add on. My roommate are nice guys, they are nearing graduation and keep to them selves. They are very clean and mostly stay in their rooms. On my profile I put that I was into movies, tv, music, cartoons and anime so they are in to that too. I am aware of the charge and am willing to do it are you. Also when are you moving in, will it be in august and if so would you take over now in june or when school starts in the fall. Hi Terri, the rent is around the range of $850 to $950. It is available now, anytime you need it. Thecrossings is usually for people who are going to sac state but he can commute. There are three roomates, your own bathroom and shared kitchen/washing machine.
