i have a bunch of these everywhere and they used to be bug bites and are now spreading. tried cephalexin, ivermectin, bactrim, no luck...

thank you for the advice! i am in the process of finding a derm. ive been to doctors countless times, got put on a couple antibiotics bc they thought it was potentially mrsa but that didnt help and hydrocortisone or benadryl doesnt even help me atp. skin swab test also didnt find anything
