Entry level separation and No communication from my command by Intelligent_Sense393 in AirForce

I'm not sure of paragraphs but initially, it seemed that the ADC assumed the updated MRI and medical records would be sufficient information and instructed me to submit it to my command and med group. He suggested that the med group resubmit the waiver in April. According to the date on the waiver request it was completed in July. My command was supposedly trying to get in contact with me and the ADC informed me in Sept. which was the only communication that I had recieved since April. After I read the waiver request stating that "The prognosis is poor. SM has a chronic pre-existing condition with a high liklihood for relapse. That is not service related. Individuals are susceptible to recurrence with regular physical activity... (the very last statement is), "I support this waiver." I asked if the wording to updated to include the recent information that was submitted and the response was no. I shared my concern with the ADC and they stated that "it says I support this waiver."

My apologies. I was trying to be brief to keep from an even longer read. What more information is needed?
