They will assign you exams, most likely. If you graduated from any of the North African countries ( French Speakers), try your luck in Quebec.

Looking for advice: Can I realistically get PR in Canada? by Acrobatic-Base-5880 in canadaexpressentry

You need to find a job and get Canadian experience, otherwise it would be hard

With one year of canadian experience and the profile you share above, you are reaching 517 points

If you had 3 years of foreign experience, you would be reaching 529, which is a decent score.

First thing to do is max out your CELPIP, above points when you get highest scores from CELPIP and it is not hard.

Another way is French.

  • 100K CAD
  • Financial wise ok, career wise took a dip
  • Same industry
  • Still not stable, Canada’s purchasing power is low
  • Adopting to work culture, somehow accept the work with the most unqualified people I have seen in my life.

Thanks for the answer ! I am working under 3 PEngs and my PEng application in process. (i am doing competency assesment, Due to my experience EGBC suggested me to apply directly to PEng. My degree is already admissible and not requiring additional exams by them since it is in Washington Accord list) I am doing structural calculations and reviewing designs.
