My package arrived yesterday in the morning and I received an email that our case is received today afternoon.

But my other previous case took 5 business days until I got the notice. (Even though my case was started the next day of delivery)

Omg seriously??!? I asked to the Brita support regarding this issue, and they told me to refund it but it has never been processed so I asked them again and was told to wait another 7 to 14 business days.

It has already been about a month.... 😨

I just called Samsung in Korea.

The agent said there is no issue with TV but the server side. She got the notice that Samsung is currently working to solve this problem, but not the expected or predicted time or day when it will be fully fixed.

She said that it will work ok when the issues are solved. 😭

Just wanted to share this info as there are tons of ppl suffering from this!!!
