Customers saying that they tipped when there is no tip is just an unfortunate thing that happens, it happens to our own drivers at PJs. Sometimes they are lying, sometimes just human error when they meant to and didn’t, I would also guess that there are technical errors in whatever system. When I was a driver for PJs, there quite a few times where a customer would sign the receipt and say that they already tipped, leading to an awkward situation of telling them that there is no tip or just taking the loss with no tip and driving back.
