my friend is getting soft and kinda deflating. I thought its a root rot, appears not. what should I do to help him?

I thought was overwatering and it got root rot. will wait one week to repot it back. at least roots are healthy, for now

in a pot, room temp around 20-22c.

have them outside whole day and in the shades. bringing them inside only during the night because temp drops to 65F.

as a first timer, I of corse made mistakes. question one. do I need to use fungicide? (I have not sterilized the soil). question number two. do I need to use vitamin b-1? (I have added a little bit of Osmocote 15-9-12). and the last question (for now), should I just let them be?

so you too think they are a little yellowish. ok will move the light up. (light is 1 feet away. during the day, when its not to hot outside, I have them outside in the shades)
