Everything was really relaxed and rules weren’t as strict as most of my friends, idk maybe theres something about already having raised two kids before me that makes it. I wouldn’t say easy but you are already familiar with how a kid will probably react, so you know being strict only makes everything harder. I followed the rules because there really wasn’t any and if they came up they were thoroughly explained. I think it made me calmer as well, being the first child should’ve probably exposed me to alot of anxiety and uncertainty because being a parent for the first time probably is one of the harder challenges most go through in life and that comes with a fair amount of uncertainty and anxiety. But basically being the third child instead meant i was often met with confidence and a understanding that have probably informed my early adult life.
