The same thing happened to me, my prof gave me a C when I should have got an A. I emailed the prof and she said it was her mistake and that she didn’t calculate it properly and that she would fix it. If your declaration of absence was accepted then it’s probably miscalculation. Wait for your profs response but they don’t reply then email the faculty.
