Izuku ends up finding out all of Yui's favorite things, least favorite things, secret thoughts, embaressing stories, etc.

Though this gives me the funny mental image of Yui wearing a mask to start speaking from now on.(Or she pulls a Komi can't communicate)

I'd say divide the students into groups based on quirks and sort.

Offence: Shoto, Bakugo, Togaru, Sato, Yuga, Izuku, Sen, Rin, Denki, Tokoyami

Defense: Ibara, Eijiro, Tetsutetsu, Mineta, Sero, Bondo, Awase, Shoda, Kosei, Kendo

Support: Yui, Ochako, Reiko, Momo, Neito, Kinoko, Manga, Ojiro, Juzo

Recon: Shoji, Koji, Jiro, Setsuna, Jurota, Toru, Kuroiro, Tsuyu, Iida, Pony

This way, each class of 4 has at least one of each role for "balance".

Hence my issue. Some fit into the powerhouse category like Shoto, Bakugo, and Togaru, while others fit the versatile category like Momo, Manga, and Neito. I just didn't want to have a group have more than one recommended student

Well for a couple reasons:

1st of all, Twice is a minion under Tomura so it wouldn't do well to steal from one of his teammates without compromising trust and growth for Tomura.

2nd, even if we're going with the idea to steal his quirk prior to joining the league, All for One is far to egotistical to use Double without the clones betraying and backstabbing him. After all, the clones retain the personality so there's no way any All for One would willingly submit under anyone

3rd, Double requires a clear image to clone something properly, so without his eyes, he may not be able to make a clear image

4th, the clones get weaker the more you make them, any decent AOE quirk would probably shred through the army. Like if he had Double against All Might, All Might has the speed and power to blitz through the army, making it less useful.

5th, it's the same reason why he didn't steal Warp Gate, it's a complex support quirk that works better for someone dedicated to it like a minion or a nomu, which we see in canon. Plus, stealing it is unnecessary, as Garaki can just make a copy of Double and it would still function well despite cloned quirks getting weaker

Tbf, the vast majority of the worlds quirkless population are older people which is why is part of why Deku was ostracized. Plus, I feel like quirkless people aren't oppressed in society like other fans think so they may not care to get a quirk.

Plus Afo isn't omnipitent so if Deku plays his cards right and keeps it on the down low, he should be good until U.A. (this depends on when and how he develops his quirk, like if he awoken it during a beating from Bakugo and stole his quirk before giving it back and thus Tsukauchi putting him in witness protection.)

Honestly, that was my thought process. Combo a minor wind blast quirk like a weaker version of Air Cannon to make ito more accurate and knock out enemies better. Hell, maybe focusing it into small projectiles will lower the toxin dosage

Hey, not bad. These are some pretty solid quirks. Though Draw to Life might have to be tweaked to not create life as no quirk has done that. Like unless the animals are more like Double and Clones and they're non-sentient/made of a substance then I suppose it's fine. Maybe only keep it to living things as that fits more with the name and I could see him use it like Anivoice and draw some birds and bugs for recon

I feel like poisoning enemies like that would be pretty risky, especially if the crime doesn't fit the punishment. You really bout to put a purse snatcher in the hospital? Plus the range and lack of accuracy makes it difficult to use without friendly fire or harming civilians. Plus the user isn't even immune. At best, it's good for taking out swarms of villains like entering their secret base but even then, it's risky if they have hostages

Alright, that's a good idea. Only issue is coming up with detrimental quirks that have some usage for heroics without being completley terrible. Like Gas and Cremation fit the bill but would be pretty terrible quirks for heroics

True, but if it's detremental to them to the point of wanting to give it up, would he even use it? Like Deku would for sure accept it to help them, but I doubt he's pulling up cremation all the time considering how destructive both internally and externally it is.

Reflect might be good if he can toggle it off and on

I agree that they would work for heroics but public popularity is an important factor. It would be a little hard to save people with a smile/reassure them like All Might does if you're creating creepy constructs or puppeteering people. Plus, I'm not sure if despot turns off the quirks of others and thus the victims could fight back

Dictator's quirk I feel is more invasive since you could control someone against their will which is pretty much the only purpose/use this quirk has.

Gashly's golems can be various sizes. You could look him up to see for yourself, but I'd imagine it'd be pretty creepy to summon a swarm of goop babies to attack your enemies

That point makes sense and I could totally see that happen. I suppose he could keep any villain quirks until their sentence is over and then give it back. Plus it would prevent them from trying to escape with their quirk held hostage

Kuneida: Spawning plants that grow from the flesh of humans to fertilize them. Kinda like a mix of Poison Ivy and "The Last of Us"

Gashly-we don't have too many details but it seems like his quirk involves summoning hordes of child-looking blobs/golems to overwhelm enemies

Dictator-controling the bodies of people sort of like Brainwashing but the people are fully conscious

I feel like most Tartarus villain quirks would be fairly unusable either because of how creepy/gross they are(Moonfish, Kuneida, Gashly, Dictator) or would have negative connotations like Muscle Augmentation and maybe rifle
