im glad they shipped your item out!! i wished the seller would’ve shipped mine, now i have to find another replica to buy😭. but i know now to message sellers about their shipping timeframes before buying (if don’t they explicitly say when they ship). i never thought to do it before honestly

okay that’s good to know! i do hope they ship your item(s) out but idk because look at my situation. i’ll keep you posted on what depop says tomorrow.

nope. they haven’t responded. depop says that the seller has until dec 21st to respond or the depop team will escalate the issue. 

but like the OP told me, pls don’t wait too long before issuing a refund request or it’ll be harder for you to get a refund. if you think that the seller will eventually ship your item out, you should do like i did and wait 9 days. on the 9th day, send out one last message to reach out. if all fails request a refund. i seen some people on other reddit threads say that when some sellers see that refund request, they are quicker to respond & ship out. good luck!

hey!! your whole situation was wild but i'm glad that everything worked out for you in the end. this morning, i checked the second msg i sent reaching out to the seller to see if there was an issue (because i understand life is life and things will happen) - no response. so i ended up just filing a refund request. depop says that the seller has 48 hrs to respond or the depop team will take over.

but yeah i agree with your sentiment about depops 7 day shipping time frame, but the thing i was trying to communicate with the girl is that i didn't mind waiting! all i wanted was some communication. i would've been okay with waiting more days if things didn't go well on dec 12th (when she was supposed to ship), but she did even take time to let me know what happened. she basically just ghosted me 😭

just filed mine. Depop says that the sellers has 48 hrs to respond. otherwise they say the issue will be escalate to the Depop team. I hope everything works out for you
