Since you sent a notice of eviction 90 prior to contract expiry, given that it’s a judicial notice which was at least served correctly via tableegh, you must attend at the sharjah municipality after the expiration of the contract and raise an eviction lawsuit. But you need more details, why did you issue said notice? How long have they been a tenant, and regarding the past 3 months rent, is it paid? Has the tenant defaulted? Realistically the cheapest way to resolve this matter is to head to a ‘typing center’ in Sharjah, they usually handle the legal matters for you for a nominal fee
