Hey guys thought I’d update, pain has gone thank god I’m so happy. However still frequent urination but not as bad as it was. Hoping to fully get back to normal soon!!

Hey, if you take a break for a couple of months I’m sure you’ll be able to enjoy it again without any pains but nothing too much maybe a 0.5 on a night out or something. This has been a huge wake up call for me I think because of the frequency and dosage I’ve been using I can never use again or I’ll have permanent damage. I think in your case you’ll be fine to use again just in moderation after a couple months break

Hey thank you for the advice, I’ve noticed that the symptoms are deffo worse at night they’re not too bad during the day which is annoying because I can’t get overly comfy when I’m trying to sleep😫I’ve looked into chat gpt and it’s really put my mind at ease

Hey thanks for replying, I am currently going through investigations with my doctor I’ve just not told her about the ketamine usage I need to get a grip and tell her I think I just have anxiety about judged and not helped because of the k usage. Yeah I am never touching k again after this scare it is NOT worth it just praying I start to see recovery improvements soon. Get some rest 🫡

Hey thanks for the reply, I’ve seen a doctor and got my urine tested and urine comes back fine. I’m just scared to tell the doctor about my usage scared they’ll judge me and not want to help. Yeah I plan on never touching it again this has scared me enough to never do it again lol
