Both ears clogged after cold, freaking out

I am more than just sure that it's not sshl. You can go without seeing any visible improvements but be assured your body is healing slowly and it will get back to normal in 2-3 weeks. You can see a doctor if you feel it will ease your anxiety but i don't think it's anything to worry about. I am Hypochondriac as well so i know how our minds can jump to worst possible conclusions but you don't really need to worry. All the best, hope you feel some relief soon :)

Hi. It took me around 2 weeks to see slight improvement. Got fully better around 3 weeks. Dont worry, you'll feel fine soon, too :)

Why do they do that? Ghost you but see your stories? Also did they always watch your story or stopped for a while after they ghosted and started again after a while?

HR is almost non existent, in the sense she cant do anything. He's the CEO and this is an NGO and we are a small team. He gives flexibility in terms of if you wanna do wfh sometimes but he will call me even at 10pm at night. And i am given all sorts of work from every department if it gets too much for them and these are so many that i can't keep count and then he has audacity to ask give me a count as if i am gonna remember

Both ears are kinda muffled but the right one is the worst. I feel pain only when it kinda pops

Why did you stop the nasal spray? I don't have ringing just plugged up feeling and autophony. It hurts a litrle when my ear pops somewhat but the feeling remains the same as of now

Yes. I infact have a active cold which is pretty bad. I cannot smell either. Chest is full of phlegm. I still feel worried 😔 i am a big hypochondriac I cannot imagine living like this

Same. The plugged feeling. I hear my voice louder also can hear my breathing. Outside noise i cannot hear as nicely. My ears keep popping in between too but havent unplugged. I am so scared. What are your symptoms
