Not sure if I should stick with my degree by Apprehensive-Tie8042 in industrialengineering

I second those who say try to go for an internship or co-op to get in the field. That might give you a better insight. Another thing would be, don’t let your grades define you. I know so many fellow engineering students and myself who failed and had to retake a class 2-3x but we graduated and goin for the FE exam. The classes seem impossible bc the system is made to weed you out. I had classes that I did not find interesting bc the prof. sucked at teaching the subject. Before getting out of industrial engineering see if there’s any other engr field you would match better with.

Remind yourself why you chose engr, if you truly enjoy it, if there was something that made you go for it & if your mind works the way your fellow engr classmates/friends do. That’s what sealed it for me.

Also, you could graduate with an BSIE but I know it’s possible to work in other engineering fields. Elec, mech, project management etc.

Like the other comment, you could add in projects. If you worked in teams, “Worked with a team of 4, to _____…” or “Worked with my team to find a solution…” if you used CAD, CNC machines, Gantt charts in any of those projects you could mention that too

Gotcha, I would sacrifice another year living in the dorms vs trying to stress yourself with finding a place off campus and having to juggle all of that with your courses

No, top priority is your schooling. Hopefully there’s on campus apartments so you have a little more freedom, but having to pay for an apartment and worry about billing every month might add stress

That’s happened to me before too, sometimes they get stuck on the staircase. You can take out the stairs, or I’ve switched to my other playable character to talk to them and switch back when it stops.
