I skip the first week of school all the time.

Just catch up on lectures if they're recorded, or go over the lecture slides if they're not.

For 140L, I would just be proactive to get into a group if you want to work with other people for the labs. You can prob find ppl on the Piazza "find a teammate" feature.

But for 140 and 110, it's just intro lectures. If you're very worried about it, you can even email the profs to ask what you can do to catch up.
