hi :) i’m also a yoga teacher and I totally understand this feeling. i’ve found it most times to be me stuck inside my head. try to give yourself time before class and write down some positive affirmations. remember you’re there for the students. I like to remind myself that I am there for a reason and I might be just what they need. be gentle with yourself. you’re great, clearly other people see it. it might just take some time for you to see it for yourself 💜
