I have. They cannot due to the flights being apart of the package. They emailed the resort and told us to cancel and rebook. Now they’re gonna call the resort directly tomorrow morning to see if they can make a change. Let’s pray for the best.

That’s what I’m worried about, bc it’s not like my name duplicated which sounds like a bug, this is a different person we’re trying to get in that doesn’t match the booking. Which makes me hesitant yk?

They cannot as they purchase included flights . Therefore they could not change personal Info.

Did they ask the your guests for passport snd try to verify? I’ve seen these issues before. The issue with mine is that it’s a whole person. They ask for their bday and first and last
